TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All prices and charges are subjected to prevailing GST charge (GST Reg. No. : 53029450L).
2. Prices are not applicable during festive seasons and may subject to changes without prior notice.
3. Food items may subject to changes with prior notice.
4. Full set of disposable wares, serviette and trash bag provided.
5. Transportation charge (Including complete setup with tables, skirting and food warmers) is $55 ($58.85 w/GST) for Half Day Seminar and $70 ($74.90 w/GST) for Full Day Seminar
6. Waiver of transportation charge for order 50 pax and above.
7. Additional surcharge of $20 ($21.40 w/GST) is applicable if:
a) Setup at a non lift landing level
b) Delivery is to Jurong Island
c) Delivery before 9.00 am or after 7.00 pm
8. Food is best consume within 3 hours (Refer to time stamping sign or label)
9. Payment :
a) Cash or Cheque upon delivery (Cheque to be made payable to "Foodtalks Caterer & Manufacturer")
b) Credit Terms (Subject to prior approval)
c) E-Invoice via Vendor@GOV with 30 days Credit Terms
10. Cancellation Charges:
a) Less than 3 days before function date - 30% of invoice amount
b) 1 day before function date - 70% of invoice amount
c) On actual function date - 100% of invoice amount
11. Loss or Damages - Customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the buffet equipments. We reserved the rights to charge or bill customer for any loss or damages
