TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All prices & charges indicated are subjected to prevailing G.S.T (G.S.T Reg. No.: 53029450L).
2. During the festive season, the prices may be subjected to change without prior notice.
3. Food items listed in menus may be subjected to change.
4. BUFFET:
a) Standard Buffet comes with chafing dish setup and full set of disposable wares.
b) Transport charge of $60.00 ($64.20 with G.S.T) is applicable.
c) Transport charge is waived for total amount of $600.00 ($642.00 with G.S.T) and above (excluding side orders).
5. BENTO:
a) Each bento order will be accompanied by disposable cutlery set with serviette.
b) Transport charge of $30.00 ($32.10 with G.S.T) is applicable.
c) Transport charge is waived for total amount of $600.00 ($642.00 with G.S.T) and above (excluding side orders).
6. An additional surcharge of S$20.00 (S$21.40 with 7% G.S.T) will be applicable if
a) Set up is at a non-lift landing level
b) Delivery is to Jurong Island
c) Delivery is before 9.00 am or after 7.00 pm
7. Food is best consumed within 3 hours after delivery (please refer to time stamping sign or label)
8. PAYMENT:
a) Cash or Crossed Cheque upon delivery (Crossed cheque is to be made payable to FOODTALKS CATERER & MANUFACTURER)
b) Credit Term (subjected to prior approval), e-invoice via Vendor@GOV (based on 30 days’ credit term)
c) PayNow to UEN: 53029450L
d) PayPal (Sales personnel will follow up with you)
9. CANCELLATION CHARGE:
a) Less than 03 days before function date: 30% of the invoice amount
b) 01 day before function date: 70% of the invoice amount
c) On actual function date: 100% of the invoice amount
10. Loss or Damage: Customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the buffet equipment. We reserve the right to charge or bill customers for any losses or damage to our equipment or furniture at the site.
