TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions of Foodtalks (During Christmas Season):
1. All prices and charges are subjected to prevailing GST charge (GST Reg. No. : 53029450L).
2. Food items might subject to changes with prior notice.
3. Full set of disposable wares, serviette and trash bag provided.
4. Usual Transportation Charges:
- Normal Buffet (Including complete setup with tables, skirting and food warmers) is $40 ($42.80 w/GST). Waiver of transportation charge for buffet order above $500 (Excluding GST and side order). * NOTE: Waiver of transportation will be done upon order confirmation.
- Mini Buffet Set (Food served in Disposable Trays, NO setup) is $20 ($21.40 w/GST)
- Transportation Charge during Festive Season 20th to 25th Dec 2019:
(A) $50 ($53.50 w/GST) for All Buffet Menus. Buffet includes complete setup with tables, skirting and food warmers. Waiver of transportation charge for buffet order above $800 (Excluding GST and side order).
(B) $30 ($32.10 w/GST) for Mini Buffet Set. Food served in disposable tray. NO setup.
(C) Additional surcharge of $20 ($21.40 w/GST) is applicable if:
Setup at non lift landing level / delivery to Jurong Island / delivery before 9.00am or after 7.00pm
5. Food is best consumed within 3 hours (Refer to time stamping sign or label).
6. Payment: Cash or Cheque upon delivery (Cheque to be made payable to “Foodtalks Caterer & Manufacturer�)
7. Cancellation Charge: Less than 3 days before function date - 30% of total invoice amount. 1 day before function date - 70% of total invoice amount. On actual function date - 100% of total invoice amount.
8. Loss or Damages: Customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the buffet equipment. We reserved the rights to charge or bill customer for any loss or damages.
